Non-investment fund of R. Kammela, n.f.
Non-investment fund – Fund of R.Kammel, n.f., was founded on Faculty of Metallurgy, Technical University of Kosice in January 2003 by transformation from Foundation of R. Kammel founded in 1996 in collaboration with several subjects from Federal Republic of Germany. It was founded for general beneficial targets, especially for purpose of development of education system and research activities on Faculty of Metallurgy, Technical University of Kosice.
We announce with deep sorrow, that honorary president of Fund R.Kammel, n.f., and its co-founder Prof. Dr. Dr.h.c. (multi) Ronald Kammel died on 17.1.2009 at the age of 84.

Supports and activities of the fund.
The fund was established to fulfill generally beneficial purpose, mainly to support science, research and study at the Faculty of Metallurgy, Technical University of Kosice
The fund provides financial or material support for undergradual and postgradual students through direct monthly or lump-sum grants in support of study and scientific activity, lump-sum financial support of student’s activities, pricing the results of student’s scientific activity, final bonus at study ending, pricing the especially significant results etc.
Another activity of the fund is supporting the activities of undergradual and postgradual students on Faculty of Metallurgy, Technical University of Kosice, through contributions to the educational process.
An important form of Non-investment fund of R. Kammel activity is organizing the scientific conferences and seminars, aimed at the education and research activities as well as publishing and distribution scientific publications and textbooks.
